Association’s Business Leader Forum on Friday, August 24, 2018, 2:30 p.m. – 3:15 p.m., in Milwaukee, WI. They will offer insights into efficiencies that can be gained during fixture changeovers for the fixture company, retailer, and brand.
Vogelsang said, “Our experience has shown that combining data management and analysis with detailed project management, the process — from planogram through manufacturing to in-store execution — can be streamlined for speed to market and labor savings. In one case — a project with a supplier producing fixtures for a mass retailer who was redoing their beauty department across all of their stores — our tactics and project management techniques led to a 40% savings in labor.”
HRG has been providing fixture coordination services for several years, working with brands, suppliers, and retailers to offer as seamless an experience as possible by managing the moving pieces and parties for resets or redesigns. The HRG team not only handles these end-to-end processes, but has also created training materials for use during in-store installation including both brief and detailed videos, instruction manuals with accompanying photos or line drawings for fixture assembly, as well as instruction sheets for individual tray set up.
