Since 2014, HRG has been building on existing services to address fixture coordination within the retail industry. Our proclivity to listen to our clients’ issues to get to the heart of the problem and/or opportunity and open our minds to all possibilities for improving their business, is what opened the doors to what has quickly become a thriving area of our business.

Our initial foray into fixture coordination started out as a project to assist a local plastics manufacturer reading planograms for their client’s nationwide beauty fixture reset. You can read about the results of that partnering in these two case studies.

From there, we’ve branched out and have worked with brands directly, other plastics manufacturers, and retail chains, as well as distributors who offer a range of merchandising services to their stores. We’re excited about further expanding this segment of our business and helping stakeholders in the retail supply chain in other ways we have yet to explore.
