Waukesha, Wisconsin – May 24, 2018 – Hamacher Resource Group, Inc. (HRG) has been named one of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's 2018 Top Workplaces, awarded to the best places to work in southeastern Wisconsin. This is the second year in a row that HRG has achieved the honor, and it moved from the 25th position on the small employers list in 2017 to the 11th position in 2018.
The Top Workplaces are based solely on the results of an employee survey that was administered by Energage, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Of the 1,698 companies invited to participate, 247 chose to be surveyed about aspects of their workplace culture in categories that included connection, alignment, effectiveness, the basics, leader of the company, and their individual manager.
HRG has been in business for 38 years and employs 51 associates. Here is just a sample of responses to the sentence on the survey, “I love my job because...”
