HRG Announces New Beauty Growth Specialist

Waukesha, Wisconsin — March 4, 2026 – HRG is announcing Jax Pugh is their new beauty growth specialist, reporting to director of business development, Angela Pinkstaff. PughJax will be responsible for connecting with cosmetics brands as well as retailers, associations, and other industry partners in the beauty segment to provide solutions that streamline and simplify the behind-the-scenes details for inaugural sets and seasonal resets.

The beauty segment of HRG’s business has increased year over year with several clients signing retainer agreements over the last 18 months. “We are uniquely positioned to help all the stakeholders involved in cosmetics seasonal updates — the brand, the fixture manufacturer, and the retailer,” stated Pinkstaff. “We create the planograms specific to the fixtures being used, produce display graphics and signs, develop installation tools, and manage product and fixture libraries, as examples. We provide efficiencies in these areas so our clients are free to focus on other crucial logistics that simultaneously need to come together, such as inventory and promotion plans.”

“Jax has an ideal personality for this new role,” commented Pinkstaff. “Their years of experience in customer service is an excellent base for developing the types of relationships we like to build with clients, becoming true partners and a resource when they need an extension to their team. Plus, Jax is deeply passionate about beauty, digging into trends and constantly identifying innovations throughout the segment.”

Pinkstaff’s role expands with more direct reports. In addition to veteran business development manager, Andrea Ferrier, who is focused on health, beauty, and wellness consumer packaged goods clients, Holly Ockelmann, national accounts analyst, moves to reporting to Pinkstaff for her support of HRG’s regional and national drug wholesaler clients. Pinkstaff will have broader oversight of HRG’s client base to strategize and set growth plans for the variety of retail segments the company serves.
