Waukesha, Wisconsin – August 28, 2026 – Ema Nimphius, software developer at HRG, has earned the Google Project Management Professional Certificate and Accounting I through the University of
Lausanne.
Nimphius started at HRG in 2024 during her last semester at Waukesha County Technical College where she was finishing her associate’s degree for Web and Software Development. After graduation, she was hired as a full-time employee at the company. She has been involved in several projects in her role, including but not limited to supporting beauty brand clients preparing for their seasonal resets, enhancing and improving HRG’s IN.store Category Management Tools program support materials, and contributing to migration projects of legacy desktop applications to modern cloud-based platforms including HRG’s critical CRM program.
Nimphius will be utilizing her new knowledge to lead a client project involving the complete rewrite of a legacy application used to pull product images and content of newly released items from HRG’s Master Product Library for monthly client delivery.
HRG IT manager, Steve Hill, commented, “The project that Ema is taking on was developed several years ago and many enhancements have been made over time. Her fresh perspective and development background, combined with her strong analytical skills will, I’m sure, uncover several hidden efficiencies that can be leveraged within the new application.”
Nimphius’s continued learning began when she earned a Fundamentals of Financial Analysis certificate in December 2025 and she plans to pursue further education to expand her skills and knowledge. She stated, “I’m committed to continuous learning and professional growth and have already started courses for the next certificate.”
