Neighbor Pharmacy’s ThoughtSpot. The session, “Gaining Shelf Control,” is Friday, July 18, 2025, 1-2 p.m., and will provide independent pharmacists practical strategies to optimize category arrangement, shelf inventory, stocking levels, and product presentation to drive sales and efficiency.
Wendland commented, “Given the mounting pressures on the prescription side of the equation, pharmacists must make their front-end a profit center. Effective inventory management is crucial to that, including carrying the products which will meet customer demand while avoiding costly overstocking and risking lost sales due to out-of-stocks on key items.”
