May 14, 2021 – HRG, who released the Independent Pharmacy Research Study report at the end of January, has published the fourth in a series of eight infographics using data from the study. The infographics feature new views of the data for a deeper understanding of the independent pharmacy channel. In the “Shopper Profile” infographic, there are six new charts.

In addition to new analysis, the infographics also contain insights that were not included in the original release of the report. The insights are paired with actions that supply chain stakeholders can take to support independents and help them meet their customers’ needs.

Shopper Profile supplements the sixth section of the same name in the report. The infographic is complimentary, and is available on HRG’s website, at https://hamacher.com/research-reports/.
