Waukesha, Wisconsin – September 2, 2020 – Hamacher Resource Group, Inc. (HRG) has been named one of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s 2020 Top Workplaces, awarded to the best places to work in southeastern Wisconsin. This is the fourth year in a row that HRG has achieved the honor.

Beth Maas, SPHR, HRG’s human resource manager, said, “Each year we have been awarded this honor, it has made me proud of our outstanding associates. Winning this year meant so much more, as our team has truly demonstrated who we are and stepped up during these difficult times. Even though we are all in different boats in terms of the individual hardships this pandemic has brought, we know we are going through the same storm, and that we are here for each other.”top workplace 2020

The Top Workplaces are based solely on the results of an employee survey that was administered by Energage, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Companies participating were surveyed about aspects of their workplace culture and are measured on qualities such as company leadership, career opportunities, workplace flexibility, compensation, benefits, and the impact company policies have on innovation and morale.

Maas went on to say, “This sampling of verbatim comments from the Energage surveys illustrates how our employees feel about working for HRG.”
