360° Store Assessment – what to expect
It starts with a free consultation. A coach will ask about your business goals and share more details about the Assessment process. There’s no obligation – you make the decision whether an Assessment is right for your pharmacy.
The Assessment itself consists of a one-day visit, scheduled when it's convenient for you. Our staff will arrive early in the morning and quietly observe and assess in the background, taking photographs and jotting down notes. You can go about your business as usual.
Our assessment proceeds from first impressions of the pharmacy's exterior and works its way into the core of your floor plan. We’ll examine your category adjacencies, promotions, and merchandising practices. We will also evaluate your product assortment and pricing strategies.
Later in the day we will chat with a few patients and employees to get their perspectives. Then we will shop your competition to discover what they are doing well and not so well. We’ll also check out neighboring businesses in your area that are ripe for cross-promotional opportunities.
When we return to our offices, we’ll pull together our team of category analysts, product specialists, marketing professionals and others to create a unique action plan for your pharmacy. Our goal is to help you increase profits, and sometimes that means we deliver advice that might be tough to hear.
Finally, you'll have a chance to review your strategic action plan with us and to ask any questions.
